  1. How to request a refund
    • If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within thirty days of purchase.
      To request a refund, send an email to admin@stockscripts.com along with a description of your request.

    • There are no exceptions to the policy, as long as the request is made within thirty days of purchasing the product.
  3. Can I request a refund for downloaded software?
    • Yes, the timeframe for refunds on software is also thirty days.
  4. How will I receive my refund?
    • The refund will be sent to the original card used to make the purchase.
  5. How long will it take to receive my refund?
    • We will process your refund request as soon as it is received, however it can take as many as thirty days for the refund to appear on your card.
  6. How do I cancel my order?
    •  We fulfill your order and email you the product as soon as the purchase is made. If you would like to cancel your order, please request a refund.
